I give up counting how many times I have gone to Lake Shinji since my last post. I am afraid the number might have become uncountable. No fish has responded to my lures. This evening I saw one of regular lure fishermen at the shore and exchanged information with him. I had believed that this fishing season was as bad as those of recent years, but he said he had caught a few of nice Japanese sea bass. The tips he generously gave me might work. My anticipations got raised again.
