I keep going to Lake Shinji. Since one of regular fishermen gave me some tips at the lake shore the other day I have tried to make full use of them, but the result remained the same. No fish responded to my any lures. So this morning I tried another resort, namely, appealing the deity of fishing. After I finished the fruitless fishing this morning, I cleaned up the litter along the shore in a showy way. As I wrote in one of my previous posts (No. 750), I hoped that the deity of fishing would reward me with a big Japanese sea bass. I got surprised at the number of cigarette butts. I am sure I will catch a big one next time.
（宍道湖に通い続けています。先日、湖岸にいる常連の釣り人からもらったヒントを駆使しているのですが、結果は変わりません。私のどんなルアーにも魚は反応しないのです。そこで今朝は、別の方法を試してみました。つまり、釣りの神様に訴えたのです。今朝、無益な釣りを終えた私は、湖岸のゴミを、これ見よがしに掃除しました。以前の記事（No. 750）に書いたように、釣りの神様がご褒美として大きなスズキを釣らせてくれることを願いました。タバコの吸殻の多さに驚きました。次回は、きっと大物が釣れると信じています。）
