I saw a snake and then a rabbit-like small mammal running away when I was driving on Cherry Road to Saruwatari in Nonami this morning. I had planned to go to Saruwatari, but I found it was taken. So I went to Safuki-bana. The sea was very calm around it. It was so calm that I was able to go to a spot beyond the “Safuki-bana" described in the “Sanin Fishing Spot Guidebook.” Seeing the snake and the rabbit earlier made me feel I would come across the third animal, which could be fish, but nothing happened.
（今朝、野波の猿渡に行くためにチェリーロードを走っていると、蛇と、その後、ウサギのような小型哺乳類が、逃げていくのが見えました。私は猿渡に行くつもりでしたが、そこは既に取られていました。そこで、サフキ鼻に行きました。サフキ鼻の周囲はとても穏やかでした。とても穏やかだったので、『山陰の釣り場総覧』の中で説明されている“サフキ鼻”の先まで行くことができるほどでした。蛇とウサギを目撃していたので、３つ目の生き物（魚かもしれない）に出くわすような気がしましたが、何も起きませんでした。）
