This morning I managed to reach Safuki-bana, one of the most exhausting fishing spots to reach in Nonami according to the very useful “Sanin Fishing Spot Guidebook.” It was exhausting indeed, but I didn’t feel it was more exhausting than going to and returning from Saruwatari in Nonami. In order to reach Safuki-bana, first you have to climb down the slope on the mountainside to the shore, and then you have to turn right and walk to the fishing spot along the shore. The slope is not as exhausting as the slope toward Saruwatari. However, walking to Safuki-bana along the shore is not easy. Huge rocks are in the way, and sometimes you may feel as if you were in a huge maze. When I finally reached Safuki-bana this morning, it was already about 8 a.m., and I regretted that I did not wake up earlier. I stayed at the fishing spot until 11 a.m. Unlike the last time, nothing happened today.
（今朝は、サフキ鼻にたどり着くことができました。とても役に立つ『山陰の釣り場総覧』によると、サフキ鼻は、野波の磯の中でも屈指のしんどさを誇る釣り場だそうです。たしかにしんどかったのですが、野波の猿渡へ行って戻ってくる時よりもしんどいとは感じられませんでした。サフキ鼻へ行くには、まず、山の中腹の斜面を下って岸辺まで降りることが必要です。そして右折し、釣り場まで岸沿いを歩くのです。その斜面は、猿渡へ降りる時の斜面ほど、しんどくはありません。しかし、岸沿いにサフキ鼻へ歩いていくのが容易ではないのです。複数の巨石が邪魔をしており、時々、自分が巨大迷路の中にいるような気がします。今朝、私がついにサフキ鼻に到達した時、時刻は既に午前８時頃になっており、私は、早起きしなかったことを後悔しました。私はそこに午前11時までいました。前回と異なり、今日は何も起きませんでした。）
