(No. 1193) Greener Path, Thorny Weeds, Wild Strawberries, Mantis Eggs, and No Fish at beyond Safuki-bana in Nonami (緑増す小道、棘つき雑草、野イチゴ、カマキリの卵、そしてサフキ鼻を越えたところにて釣果なし)

The path in the woods leading to Safuki-bana got so green that I had to cut some weeds, especially the dangerous thorny ones, while walking down to the quiet fishing spot. Among the green carpet there were several bright red dots. Wild strawberries. I ate a few of them with gratitude for nature. I found a hardened foam which I believe contains a lot of eggs of praying mantis. Life seemed expanding everywhere.  Except one area. Standing at the convenient small rock beyond Safuki-bana, I kept throwing my favorite lures for about one hour and a half. I didn’t see anything alive around Safuki-bana. It was as if everything in the sea had stopped living.

（サフキ鼻へ続く林道の緑がとても濃くなっていたので、危険な棘のある雑草を中心に草を刈りながら、静かな釣り場まで降りていきました。緑の絨毯の中に真っ赤な点がいくつかあるのでした。野イチゴです。自然に感謝しながら、いくつか食べました。カマキリの卵がたくさん入っていると思われる固まった泡を見つけました。あらゆる場所で生命が拡張しているかのようでした。ただ一箇所を除いて。私は、サフキ鼻の先にある便利な小岩に立ち、お気に入りのルアーを１時間半ほど投げ続けました。サフキ鼻の周辺に、生きているものは見当たりませんでした。海中にいるものはすべて、生きるのをやめてしまったかのようでした。）
