Due to a household errand, I could not start fishing this morning as early as I usually do. It is completely fine especially on weekends. I am a freelancer. I can go fishing on weekdays while most people cannot, and I don’t like to have good fishing spots all to myself. It was after 8 a.m. when I arrived at the shared parking space for Saruwatari or Naka-bana in Nonami. There was already one car left on the Saruwatari side. I was happy to go to Naka-bana, which is probably a less productive fishing spot. I saw the fisherman at Saruwatari catch at least two fish on lures. The fish looked amberjacks. Unlike him, nothing happened to me at Naka-bana, but I was fine. I was kind of glad of his catch.
