The weather forecast said that it would be very cold very quickly toward the end of the year. In addition, the waves were already high along the northern shore of the Shimane Peninsula facing the Sea of Japan. I knew today’s fishing would be my last in 2021. I decided to try fishing spots in Mihonoseki and along Sakai-suido waterway, which could be relatively free from the effects of bad weather. I also decided to try as many fishing spots as possible in order to feel no regret. As a result, I had lost track of how many spots I had tried by 9 a.m. Anyway, I feel no regret. As usual, just throwing my favorite lures made me happy enough. In particular, my Daiwa Sealine 30SH reel, a kind of rare old conventional reel that I had recently acquired from the U.S., made my casting more satisfying. Thank you for reading my blog.
