It was about 6 a.m. when I was arriving at a parking space on the hillside overlooking Ohtoko-bana in Izumo City. I thought I would be the first to arrive there today, but there was already a glimmer at the spot. Actually I was the second, and a total of 5 fishermen, three of which used lures, came to the spot. Neither lure nor bait fishermen did catch any fish. At 7:40 a.m. I decided to move to Kobanare, another spot that lies to the east of Ohtoko-bana.
（出雲市の大床鼻を見下ろす山の中腹にある駐車場に到着したのは、午前６時頃でした。今日は釣り場に一番乗りだろうと思いましたが、釣り場の先端では、既に光がちらついているのでした。私は２番目の到着でした。合計で５人の釣り人がやって来ました（そのうちの３人がルアー釣り師）。しかし、ルアーでもエサでも魚は釣れません。７時40分、私は大床鼻の東にある別の釣り場、小ばなれに移動することにしました。）
Do you want to know why I wanted to move? The title of this post would have been “No Fish at Ohtoko-bana” three times in a row if I had not moved to another spot. It would have been more boring. As for fishing, no fish was hooked at Kobanare and then at unnamed spots to the east of it. On my way back to the parking space, I talked to one of the bait fishermen at Ohtoko-bana.
