This early morning, before the intense sunlight hit Saruwatari in Nonami and changed it into an inferno, a fish struck my Line Stretcher Surface Tension plug on the surface when I was retrieving the plug as fast as possible with my fastest reel, PENN Battle III 4000HS. Unfortunately, the fish didn't get hooked, but the new concept, retrieving a smaller lure as fast as possible, might work anywhere. I go keep doing it for a while.
