Since the last glorious post, I have been to Lake Shinji at least twice a day unless the weather was very bad. However, I am not desperate to catch the Japanese sea bass. I have already caught two big ones in this season, and I am totally satisfied. A few of regulars to the lakeside, with whom I have enjoyed nice chats almost everyday, have not caught fish as big as my catch. So these days I take out lures with which I have not caught any fish in Japan, such as Roberts Ranger or Lunker City’s 12-inch Slug-Go. This afternoon Roberts Ranger drew one sharp strike at last. The fish was not hooked, but I got a great deal of satisfaction.
