The sea was very calm when I started fishing about 6:30 a.m this morning. I was at Saruwatari in Nonami, and no baitfish was seen around the fishing spot. I did not feel I would catch any fish, so I did not stay long after enjoying sea bathing. On my way to the fishing spot and on my way back to the parking space, I used a pair of shears and cut the weeds along the path in the woods. There is a brook flowing into the sea along the path. I found one Japanese mitten crab foaming on a rock in the brook.
（今朝、午前６時30分頃に釣り始めた時、海はとても穏やかでした。私は野波の猿渡にいたのですが、釣り場の周囲にベイトフィッシュ（大きな魚の餌となる小魚）の姿はありませんでした。魚が釣れそうな気はしなかったので、海水浴を楽しんだ後は、長居しませんでした。釣り場へ向かう途中、そして釣り場から駐車スペースに戻る途中、草刈りハサミを使い、林の中の小道に沿って草刈りをしました。小川が小道沿いに流れ、海に注ぎ込んでいます。小川の中の石の上で、モクズガニが泡を吹いていました。）
