It is raining now. My tight work schedule and unfortunate timing of rainfall have prevented me from going fishing. When I am unable to go fishing, I listen to the Austin 100. National Public Radio (NPR) in the U.S. compiled the annual Austin 100 for the SXSW (South by Southwest) Music Festival in 2018. Some of my readers already know the Austin 100 as I mentioned it on my blog in the past. The music staff at NPR listens to more than 2000 artists that play for the annual SXSW and selects best 100 songs each year. All the songs are downloadable now for free. I already found many favorites in this year’s selection. Right now I am listening to “Oom Sha La La” by Haley Heynderickx, one of such songs. If you are interested, go to the Austin 100 site and find the link to download the entire collection. You may want to hurry because the free service usually ends at the end of March.
