This morning I took another route to go to Saruwatari in Nonami. I found yesterday that the seaside road in Mitsu and Owasi had been blocked due to the possible landslide. A few familiar fishing spots, such as Senjojiki in Mitsu, Susumi-hana and Maruiwa in Owashi, are in the non-passing zone. I don’t think the road would re-open very soon because the local government is usually slow in fixing problems related to rural roads. This morning the sea around Saruwatari was slightly choppy, and there were a few schools of small fish below the surface. So my anticipations got raised, but there seemed no predatory fish at all. Instead of my usual breakfast (rice balls), I ate the kaki I had picked at Daiouji Temple. I noticed one of my Salas surface iron jigs (red crab color) has the same color as kaki.
（今朝は、いつもと違うルートを取って、野波の猿渡へ行きました。土砂崩れの恐れがあって御津と大芦の海岸道路が通行止めになっていることを、昨日、知ったのです。御津の千畳敷、大芦の須々海鼻や丸岩など、馴染みのある釣り場が、通行禁止区域の中にあります。地方自治体が田舎の道路を復旧するのには時間がかかるので、海岸道路はすぐには開通しないのではないでしょうか。今朝の猿渡周辺の海は、少し波立っていて、水面下を小魚の群れが泳いでいました。私の期待は高まりましたが、肉食魚は全くいないようでした。いつもの朝食（おにぎり）の代わりに、大雄寺で採取した柿を食べました。サラスのサーフェス・アイアン・ジグ（赤いカニ色）の１つが、柿と同じ色をしていることに気づきました。）
